The Musicians Acen and Giovanni, the coders Grap and Synec and the ANSI/ASCII artist Shot joined. Superior of Files by Monster becomes Member BBS. Four PPEs are part of the pack. The first and only SAC art pack ever to span across three individual disks even with the SAC PPE section removed from SAC. It became its own group called Peanuts (PNS). All SAC PPE-Coders joined PNS and were removed from SAC, unless they did other stuff for SAC in addition to PPE in the past. Animal joined the group as Musicians. Toxic Trancer quit SAC and the scene altogether and get serious about his career as musician. The Darkside was kicked as Distro and Superior of Files was removed as SAC member BBS to become PNS Member BBS.

Giovanni and Raiser left Superior Art Creations. Giovanni left SAC because he quit making MOD music and will only create music with synthesizers in the future (SAC had no MP3 music section at that time). Raiser left, because he lost interest in computers altogether. I wonder what he was up to. We never heard of him ever since. Synec was removed from the group because of inactivity. Hijack, the new BBS by Dark Star becomes SAC member board.

The pack was dedicated to Princess Diana who died tragically during a traffic accident the month before. My BBS Closed Society was up again after I was busted earlier that year. 100% public domain, dedicated to demos, intros, artpacks and PCBoard tools only. The group opened its IRC channel on Efnet: #SAC. Art packs are now also available (officially) on an internet FTP site at ftp.cdrom.com, in addition to the official BBS locations. Poldi and Ripper from Germany joined as ANSI/ASCII artist, Strikelight (SL) from Canada as ASCII artist and Cercyon as web developer/Inet-coordinator. CH started doing VGA. Marky, Edge & Hoziris left the group. X-Press BBS became SAC German HQ and Divine Madness BBS was removed as SAC US-HQ. A SAC website was planned and the reason for adding Cercyon as SAC member to the group.

This should have been the four years SAC anniversary pack and be released at the demoparty The Party 8 in Herning, Denmark. This did not happen for a number of reasons. The pack was delayed for over one month. The art pack file nameing convention was also changed from SACmmyyX.zip to SAC-packno.zip. Major clean-up. All boards were removed from SAC (Uphold the Law and Shogunat/2), BBS is dead! The Toxic Dump was removed as iNet Distro. FTP.GIGA.OR.AT and FTP.SAC.XDH.NET remain as the only SAC FTP servers. Antibody, Creature of Hell (cH), Ex0, Grap, GTI, Helix, Matador (Mtd), Midfit, Poldi, SQZ, Techbit and TU were removed from SAC as member. Grymmjack from the US joined as ASCII artist and Prosthesis from Finland and Shaq from Russia joined as SAC trial ASCII artists.

A much delayed release. There was no March or June pack. The quarterly release date was abbandoned. Packs were from then on released whenever the time and content was right for a new pack release. The group was restructured to consist of four different membership levels: Leaders, Council/Senior, Members and Trials. Ferrex was writing the NFO for the first time. He joined the group months earlier that same year as Coder, VGA and ASCII artist. Creature of Hell, Mtd from Russia, SQZ, Ex0 and Helix re-joined the group. Senser from France joined as ANSI/ASCII artist, W.O.T.W. from Germany as Chip-Mod musician and Corex as iNet coordinator as replacement for Cercyon.

The NFO file was written by Ferrex. I was semi-retired, but still produced enough content to have a representation in each SAC art pack release. This artpack exceeds the size of a floppy disk. The pack was not broken down into multiple files as a result of that for the first time. CAM (Camelot) becomes SAC WHQ and TT (Titty Twister) becomes European HQ, Closed Society 3 becomes public iNet HQ. Mr.Death and Maktone, both from Sweden, join as musicians, Edge from the US and Teepak from Germany join as ASCII artists and K from Germany joined as highres graphician. Warhawk as Siteop, TU changes his name again to Dalezy and rejoined the group. The SAC homepage moved to HTTP://WWW.SAC.XDH.NET.

The pack was released a few weeks after 'Operation Site Down'. Ixlover (IX) joined to then retire completely from the scene. Spinsane joined at some time (he is also leader of 'Remorse'), Barium from ??? and D0n from ??? joined the group as ASCII artists. Flames joined the group as ASCII artist at some point in time too. Scour/SAC, who is also a Remorse senior member (when did Remorse, the competition infiltrate the group? hehe), finalized also this pack and wrote the NFO file. The last SAC pack to date. It was rumored already that SAC was dead, but the pack proved otherwise. This is the first time since pack #28 from almost 3 years earlier that a member list is part of the NFO file. Idiana, Ferrex's girlfriend took over the management of the group temporarely. PODSI must have joined as ASCII/ANSI artist at one time, Dalezy seems not to be retired from the group. The website final address became the existing domain superiorartcreations.com, all other domains are gone. Superiorartcreations.com was transferred to me in May 2007 before it expired (thanks Xeek) and forwards to RoySAC.com for now.

The last SAC pack to date. It is with a size of only 1.5 MB as big as the early packs from the nineties, but size does not matter in this case. Nerv and Barium packed this art pack. I learned about it 6 months after it was released. That sucks. I got in touch with Dipswitch and hope to re-connect with some of the remaining active SAC members to clean things up. The NFO for example states SuperiorArt.org (under construction) as SAC homepage, although it is SuperiorArtCreations.com. We will sort it out. Enjoy the pack!
