                        iPCBnet 1.0 History of Changes
                        ------------------------------

01-Jun-1993
-----------
- If a User sent a message using FidoNet addressing mode, the
created FidoNet line at the top of the message did not have
the @-at symbol between the address and the fidonet.org line.
Although InterPCB would STILL export the netmail message
correctly, I know this would bug me and those like me who
have an eye for detail. ;-)

30-May-1993
-----------
- Since everything seems to be working "ok", today is the
official release of iPCBnet 1.0. Copies were uploaded to
Salt-Air, Canada Remote Systems, and placed online at
  FidoNet 1:248/1 for file request.

29-May-1993
-----------
- Added a routine to catch a message addressed to "ALL, and
to tell the user that s/he cannot send a message to "ALL" in
your netmail conference. This error will be logged to your
  PCBoard callers log.

28-May-1993
-----------
- It was noticed that users were still having difficulties in
understanding how to forward an Internet message via FidoNet.
I decided instead to hard code for them FidoNet's official
Internet gateway, which is HostMaster at 1:1/31. From my
experience in forwarding via a UUCP site, this one has
proven time after time, to be the MOST reliable one. I think
you will as well. The drawback here, iPCBnet 1.0 is no longer
compatible with systems other than FidoNet, if the Internet
  method of addressing is selected.

You will notice that I did not reduce the size of the Zone
field, or restrict the entering of Zones outside of FidoNet,
which is 1 through 6. At least using the FidoNet addressing
method, will work for other networks.

I may have to re-work this one, and make Internet addressing
a SYSOP configurable option. For now, my heart is of course
with FidoNet. If you require more flexibility, or even
perhaps more restriction here, please let me know.

27-May-1993
-----------
- Had to remove the HIGH ASCII characters from the ANSI screens. If
you had PCBoard configured to STRIP high ASCII characters, the nice
arrows I had would not be displayed, causing the help screens to be
shifted to the left by one character. This would not appear on the
local screen, but was indeed noticed when calling remotely. Fixed
by using a less than sign (<) to complete the arrows.

25-May-1993
-----------
- I had not considered the fact that there are three possibilites of
setting your default message editor in PCBoard. They are (Y)es for
full screen, (N)o for no full screen, and (A)sk when user is about
to enter a message. Fixed to handle all three possibilities.

24-May-1993
-----------
- Initial testing of iPCBnet 1.0 and testing on The DataCom System.
